Our thoughts, feelings and even movement are governed by neurons in our brain. We exercise our bodies and our neurons respond, it’s the same for our mind. Rather than a body coach I am a mind coach, accessing the tools, which we all have, to give you the power to control your thoughts and feelings.

Hypnotherapy
Nearly all our thoughts stem from our subconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy allows us to access this part of mind and find out what is the cause of any unwanted thoughts and reframe them. Here we can ‘dampen down’ the unwanted and ‘brighten up’ the wanted.

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)
This is a technique used to assist in changing someone’s thoughts and behaviours, by using language, how we communicate with ourselves and others.
Allowing you to make the changes and achieve your goals.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
By tapping on meridian points, similar to those used in acupuncture, combined with replacing negative thoughts with positive, it is said to rebalance our mind.
